Free training resources for bus and coach companies
Every company wants happy staff and satisfied customers. It makes business sense.
Good customer service is essential for a successful bus or Coach Company, but you’ll know that it can be challenging at times.
The Bus and Coach Association have developed all the tools you need to roll out a fun, effective and practical customer service and personal safety refresher course in your own company.
This free “ready-to-use” package with a trainer guide, participant workbooks, and DVD can:
· motivate your team
· remind them how valuable they are, and
· refresh their knowledge of key customer service and personal safety messages.
Supported by funding from NZTA, this two-hour programme has been designed especially for busy bus and coach companies. It includes:
· connecting with customers
· what’s coming up in your region
· looking after yourself (personal care)
· meeting customer needs
· dealing with difficult situations
Every person who completes this programme will receive a certificate.
